-Prepare an Un0, Mega or similar to act as ISP as described at http://.cc/en/Tutorial/ISP
-Wire it up as shown in flasbootloader_connected.png (Picture Reveiw of SKU099688)
-Use IDE to flash the bootloader of the corresponding Pro/Pro Mini (5V, 16MHz) to SKU099688 or SKU066315
