All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier's website or through your account at pricio.in/account.

6. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

8. Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
