Order Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. After 12 hours, orders may have already been dispatched and cancellation may not be possible.
How to Cancel
- Log into your account at pricio.in/account
- Go to My Orders and find the order you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel Order if the option is available
- Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp or email (details below)
When Cancellation Is Not Possible
- The order has already been shipped
- More than 12 hours have passed since order placement
- The product is a custom-sourced item (Buy For Me orders)
In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
Refund After Cancellation
If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI/bank transfer refunds typically process faster (1–3 days).
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: No payment was collected upfront, so no refund is needed for cancellations before delivery. If a COD order is returned after delivery, a refund will be issued as a bank transfer within 7–10 business days. Please share your bank details (account number, IFSC, account holder name) via WhatsApp or email to process the refund.
