1. About Pricio

2. Eligibility

4. Products, Availability & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
• Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without prior notice.
• Product images are illustrative. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen calibration.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the purchase quantity of any product at any time.

5. Placing an Order

• Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability or price.
• An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.

• If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on pricio.in — including the Pricio name, logo, product descriptions, images, website design, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Pricio. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Pricio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of pricio.in or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services (payment gateways, logistics providers, etc.) beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. We encourage amicable resolution — please contact us first before initiating legal proceedings.
