Is this compatible with the Ender *****d printer ?

Yes, for the hotend side you need a PC4-M10 fitting and the extruder side uses a PC4-M6 fitting.

Are these 2 connectors better quality than the stock Ender 3 hotend and extruder connectors? Is it worth to swap those out for these two?

I wouldn’t say they were ‘better’ quality connectors, I didn’t feel the Stock ended connectors were bad, I bought them to make a dry-box to store filament with desiccant and they worked very well!

It's compatible with 3v2?

It is compatible as all connectors are standard. I used it to make a ‘dry-box’ to store filament.
