Setting The Angle(How to use the quick angle positioning tool):
The angle sharpened on your tool is determined by how much of the tool extends beyond the front edge of the Sharpening Guide. The more the tool extends beyond the Sharpening Guide, the longer the bevel (smaller angle).

Extension Jaw(Long Jaw Pair):

These jaws are reversible. The short end hones a bevel up to 35° and the long end hones a bevel up to 30°.

Sharpening Fixture:

It can be used when the blade or handle is not flat and cannot be clamped with the clamping module.

Notes:

A flat object such as a ruler can be used for quick angle setting.
