my lock does not work it looks like the inside plastic clamp is worn out how can I get a new one? thank you

HiThis is an easy fix all you need is some masking tape. The nylon pad which clamps against shaft holding the cutters is too smooth to exert enough friction to lock the cutter in the desired position. If you stick a piece of masking tape in the groove of the nylon pad it will increase the friction and lock the cutter shaft. While we are talking mods to this plane, is the knurled locking knob to close to the plane body to operate easily? Mine was so I put two small washers between the nylon pad and the end of the locking knob shaft. ... see more see less

yes. you can adjust the cut as fine as you like. its a cracking little tool

I know the product comes with chamfer and 1/8 round over, And i know the same spare blades can be purchased separately. Is there any option to purchase 1/4 roundover or are there any plans for this cutter?
