The Adafruit BMP585 Ported I2C / SPI Temperature and Pressure Sensor is a next-generation precision barometric sensor from Bosch, designed for highly accurate environmental sensing and altitude measurement. It is an upgrade over the BMP2xx and BMP3xx series, offering ultra-low noise performance down to 1 cm altitude resolution. This breakout supports both I2C and SPI interfaces, giving flexibility for simple wiring or multi-sensor setups.

The BMP585 features a unique pressure port that allows a tube to be attached, making it ideal for drone altitude stabilization and advanced airflow measurements. Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.
