Yes. You can pry open the lens cover using a small thin screw driver, then uncrew the 4 small srews of the led light panel, and you'll find three 18650 lithium batteries connected in parallel.

What are the actual illumination times? Under features, it says 3 to 6 hours but up 48 in the model specs...

The large one may last 48 hours on the low light 25% setting but less than 6 hours on super bright. Buy the bigger one if you need it to last overnight. A great product.

Try changing it both ways solar and then try it by the cable provided and check your switche for proper positioning
