The XKB SW-200 is a single ball type dual pass tilt sensing trigger switch. When the guide end (no pin end) of the product is tilted and the tilt angle is greater than 10 degrees, the product is in the open circuit, (off) state. When the horizontal state of the product is tilted, the trigger end (gold-plated pin end) is lower than the horizontal and the tilt angle is greater than 10 degrees, the product is in the closed circuit, (on) state.

Features:

  1. Tilt Sensing Mechanism: Dual-pass switch with single ball type.
  2. Circuit States: Open circuit (off) when tilted >10° at the guide end; closed circuit (on) when tilted >10° at the trigger end.
  3. Vibration Sensitivity: Easily triggered by shaking when placed horizontally.
  4. Durability: 100,000 cycle operating life.
  5. Sealed Construction: Waterproof and dustproof design.
  6. High Temperature Resistance: Withstands up to 120°C.
  7. Environmental Safety: Made of environmentally-friendly metal materials.

1 x XKB Connection SW-200DW-17T3G Vibration Sensors ROHS

Setup Guide

1
Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.
2
Wire to your microcontroller
Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V (check the module spec), GND to GND, and data pins to the appropriate GPIO pins on your Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
3
Install libraries
In Arduino IDE, go to Sketch → Include Library → Manage Libraries and search for the sensor library. Install the recommended version.
4
Upload example sketch
Open File → Examples → [library name] → Basic Example. Upload to your board and open Serial Monitor to view output.
5
Calibrate if needed
Some sensors (temperature, humidity, distance) may need a short warm-up period or calibration. Run the calibration sketch if provided.
