XKB Connection SW-200DAC-10G1 Vibration Sensors ROHS.The XKB SW-200DAC-10G1 is a single-ball type, single-direction tilt induction trigger switch. It operates by detecting a tilt angle greater than 10 degrees. When tilted, the trigger end (gold-plated pin) closes the circuit, and when tilted beyond 10 degrees in the opposite direction, it opens the circuit. It features a sealed, waterproof, and dustproof design for reliability in harsh conditions. The switch operates with low voltage (<12V) and low current (<20mA), offering a long operating life of up to 100,000 cycles. Made from environmentally-friendly materials, this switch ensures stable performance for various applications.

Features:

  1. Single Ball Type: A single-ball, single-direction tilt induction trigger switch.
  2. Tilt Sensitivity: Activates when tilted beyond 10 degrees, switching between ON and OFF states.
  3. Waterproof & Dustproof: Fully sealed design for protection in challenging environments.
  4. High Durability: Operates for up to 100,000 cycles under normal conditions.
  5. Low Power Consumption: Operates at less than 12V and draws less than 20mA.
  6. Fast Conduction Time: Instantaneous conduction within 2ms.
  7. Temperature Resistance: Can withstand temperatures up to 120°C.

Setup Guide

1
Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.
2
Wire to your microcontroller
Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V (check the module spec), GND to GND, and data pins to the appropriate GPIO pins on your Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
3
Install libraries
In Arduino IDE, go to Sketch → Include Library → Manage Libraries and search for the sensor library. Install the recommended version.
4
Upload example sketch
Open File → Examples → [library name] → Basic Example. Upload to your board and open Serial Monitor to view output.
5
Calibrate if needed
Some sensors (temperature, humidity, distance) may need a short warm-up period or calibration. Run the calibration sketch if provided.
