This is a Waveshare 4inch Capacitive Touch Display for Raspberry Pi 480×800 DSI Interface, IPS, Fully Laminated Screen. DSI stands for Display Serial Interface and it defines a high-speed serial interface between a host processor and a display module. Setup Guide

Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.
