Does this come with a power cord? If not what do I need, will a standard PC PSU power cord work?

Originally it was just displaying ERROR again and again and not heating the tips, now it just keeps cycling the power on and off after re-seating the soldering tip. I have tried many different tips, I have tried tweaking settings before plugging the soldering iron in. Anyone else have this issue and found a solution?
