 QLS3600S series instrument utilizes large-scale FPGA integrated circuit 

 and 32-bit high-speed ARM microprocessor. the internal circuit adopts surface mount technology, which greatly enhances the instrument's interference resistance and service life. The display interface uses a 2.4-inch TFT LCD screen with 320*240 high resolution. It can display all channel parameters and prompt current key functions, efficiently utilizing key resources and avoiding frequent key operations, significantly enhancing operability. This instrument has significant advantages in terms of signal generation, waveform scanning, parameter measurement, and usage. It is an ideal test and measurement device for electronic engineers, electronic laboratories, production lines, and educational research. 

 

II. Instrument Features

1. Adopts Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) technology, FPGA design, ultra-low power consumption;

2. Operates with a single DC5V power adapter, convenient for carrying; 

3. Uses 2.4-inch TFT true color LCD screen, combined with variable function keys and rotary encoder, greatly enhances the ease of use of this machine; 

4. Features 18 types of built-in waveforms including sine wave, triangle wave, squar wave, rising sawtooth wave, falling sawtooth wave, Lorentzian, sinc pulse, amplitude modulation wave, exponential rise, exponential fall, and 15 types of arbitrary waveforms; 

5. Minimum output signal frequency can reach 0.01 Hz; 

6. There are M0~M15, totaling 15 parameter storage slots, automatically retrieving data from M1 upon startup; 

7 Minimum waveform frequency resolution can reach 0.01 Hz, minimum amplitude resolution can reach 10 mV; 

8. Two trigger modes: manual and external, allowing the machine to output any number of pulse bursts from 1 to 999999; 

9. Pulse wave duty cycle adjustment precise to 0.1%;

Setup Guide

Charge the battery pack
Insert the battery into the charger and plug in. Charge fully before first use — most packs take 1–3 hours. The LED will turn green when complete.

Insert the correct bit or blade
Open the chuck by turning it counterclockwise. Insert the drill bit or screwdriver tip and tighten the chuck firmly by hand.

Set direction and speed
Use the forward/reverse switch to set rotation direction. Select the speed mode (low for screwing, high for drilling) if your model has multiple speeds.

Adjust the clutch
Set the clutch to a low number for driving screws (prevents over-tightening) or to the drill symbol for drilling holes.
