why only one probe for two channels?do you get a high voltage probe?

Any oscilloscope probe with a BNC Connector will fit this. I purchased an oscilloscope recently and I bought a comprehensive Test Lead kit separately.

Does this include Linux software? There is nothing in the spec regarding system requirements.

Ihaven't tried PC software (I didn't feel the need of it), but saved .csv and screenshots can be downloaded from the instrument using Mass Storage mode under Linux.As far as I know, they only provide a PC program for Windows. It may happen some software (like Sigrok) will support it sooner or later but I don't know if there is any progress. ... see more see less

You also sell very similar Hantek scopes. How to choose between Hantek and Owon, what are the main differences? Owon has 3,5 display, Hantek a bit smaller (2.8). Also Owon has fused 10 Amps, Hantek unfused. Anything else? Does Hantek PC software have the same problems with USB as Owon has?

The multimetet in Owen is Cat III and on Hantek Cat II.

For the model HDS-242, how many oscilloscope probes come with it? Is the model HDS-242 support true RMS? Thanks

Setup Guide

Charge the battery pack

Insert the battery into the charger and plug in. Charge fully before first use — most packs take 1–3 hours. The LED will turn green when complete.

Insert the correct bit or blade

Open the chuck by turning it counterclockwise. Insert the drill bit or screwdriver tip and tighten the chuck firmly by hand.

Set direction and speed

Use the forward/reverse switch to set rotation direction. Select the speed mode (low for screwing, high for drilling) if your model has multiple speeds.

Adjust the clutch

Set the clutch to a low number for driving screws (prevents over-tightening) or to the drill symbol for drilling holes.

Use safely

Always wear safety glasses. Keep the drill perpendicular to the surface. Apply steady pressure — let the tool do the work.
