MM74HC138M-ON SEMICONDUCTOR-5.2mA 2V~6V SOIC-16 Signal Switches, Multiplexers, Decoders ROHS. Multiplexer (Mux) and Demultiplexer (Demux) ICs are commonly used in digital electronics for data routing and signal selection. The MM74HC138M by ON Semiconductor is a high‑noise‑immunity, 3‑to‑8 line decoder (3‑to‑8 demultiplexer) in a 16‑pin SOIC package. Operating across a broad 2 V to 6 V supply range, it selects one of eight outputs based on three binary inputs (A, B, C), and includes two active‑low and one active‑high enable lines for easy cascading. Each output can drive 10 LS‑TTL equivalent loads while consuming just 80 µA in quiescent current. Inputs are protected against ESD by integrated diodes. RoHS‑compliant with no SVHC.
