Introduction: - LibreCAL is open source hardware, we have published all the production files, you can also make your own, but you need a professional metrology calibration and VNA for calibration. The LibreCAL we sell has been calibrated with metrology grade calibrators, and the S11 directivity is better than 50dB within 3GHz and better than 40dB above 3GHz, which is better than some mechanical calibrators that cannot provide calibration parameters, but it is important to note that even after rigorous calibration. Due to leaks inside the electronic calibrator, the electronic calibration cannot be performed and can be manually added using the mechanical calibration if necessary. Since LibreCAL is specifically designed for LibreVNA, internally stored calibration parameters can currently only be recalled by LibreVNA, and LibreCAL cannot currently be used for other VNA calibrations. - Verify the orientation of the electronic calibrator with mechanical calibrators and add additional isolation calibrations. Description: - LibreCAL is the electronic calibration part of the LibreVNA. - Calibrator can be quickly and easily called up directly in the LibreVNA-GUI, eliminating the need for tedious manual work with mechanical calibrators. Setup Guide

Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.

Wire to your microcontroller
Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V (check the module spec), GND to GND, and data pins to the appropriate GPIO pins on your Arduino or Raspberry Pi.

Install libraries
In Arduino IDE, go to Sketch → Include Library → Manage Libraries and search for the sensor library. Install the recommended version.

Upload example sketch
Open File → Examples → [library name] → Basic Example. Upload to your board and open Serial Monitor to view output.

Calibrate if needed
Some sensors (temperature, humidity, distance) may need a short warm-up period or calibration. Run the calibration sketch if provided.
