TWIN series TWGR6 receiver features a new stable TW protocol that benefits from simultaneously integrating dual active 2.4G frequency bands. The TW active-active protocol is different from the general active-standby redundancy solutions (where one receiver takes over signal control only when the other is in Failsafe mode), with the TW protocol, dual 2.4G frequency bands are active on the TW series receiver at the same time.

This receiver is designed for RC users who want to benefit from resilience and long-range in their radio communications, typically up to tens of kilometers is achievable. TWGR6 receiver features an upgraded high-precision variometer that gives pilots quick, accurate altitude and vertical speed data and is ideal for any type of glider pilot.

Features:

  1. Simultaneous working dual 2.4G TW mode
  2. High-precision variometer sensor
  3. Black-Box function
  4. 4 ms race mode with telemetry

Package Includes:

1 x FrSky DUAL 2.4GHz TWGR6 Receiver

Setup Guide

1
Charge the vehicle battery
Connect the vehicle battery to the included charger. Charge fully (typically 1–2 hours) before first run. Never leave charging unattended.
2
Install batteries in the transmitter
Open the transmitter battery compartment and insert AA batteries as indicated by the polarity markings.
3
Power on in the correct order
Turn ON the transmitter FIRST, then the vehicle. This prevents unexpected runaway movement.
4
Trim and calibrate
If the vehicle pulls left or right at rest, use the steering trim knob on the transmitter to centre it.
5
Start slowly
Begin with half-throttle to get a feel for the controls. Gradually increase speed as you become familiar with the handling.
