If someone moves the car, it will inevitably cause vibration, so that the two contacts in the merrcury conductive switch K will be instantly closed, VD1 will be turned on, and both input terminals of U1A will be at high level, and the "3" pin will output a high level, so that VD2 will be turned on, and the capacitor C1 will be charged. At the same time, VT1 will be turned on, and the emitter will output a high level, and the "6" pin of U1B will be turned on by VD3, and the "4" pin will output a high level, which will be passed through VT.
