EEPROM: The STM8S003F3 has 128 bytes, while the STM8S103F3 has 640 bytes. Flash Erase: STM8S003F3 100 times, while the STM8S103F3 has 10000 times. Flash: The STM8S103F2 only has 4K bytes, while the STM8S103F3 has 8K bytes. Conclusion: STM8S003F3 is only suitable for mature products, while the STM8S103F3 can be used to develop new function according to our request.
