CC2500RGPR Texas Instruments (TI)

It supports multiple modulation schemes, including 2FSK, GFSK, MSK, and OOK, and provides a maximum data rate of 500 kBaud. The CC2500 operates with a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V and features SPI for serial communication.
