C8051F040-GQ-SILICON LABS-8 Bit MCU, Mixed Signal, C8051 Family C8051F04x Series Microcontrollers, 8051, 25 MHz, 64 KB.The C8051F040-GQ is a highly integrated mixed-signal high-speed pipelined 8-bit ISP Flash Microcontroller featuring 8051-compatible CIP-51 core, 64kB of in-system programmable flash memory, 4352 (4096 + 256) byte of on-chip RAM, two separate high speed ADC sub-systems (either 10/12-bit, 100kSPS or 8-bit, 500kSPS). These analog-intensive microcontrollers also include two separate 12-bit DACs and a ±60V PGA (programmable gain amplifier). With on-chip VDD monitor, watchdog timer and clock oscillator, the C8051F04x family of devices are truly stand-alone system-on-a-chip solutions. All analog and digital peripherals are enabled/disabled and configured by user firmware. The flash memory can be reprogrammed even in-circuit, providing non-volatile data storage and also allowing field upgrades of the 8051 firmware.
