Is possible to insert a SD card?

No. It only has room for MicroSD cards, with 6 stored in individual positions and one more position inside the built in card reader.SD cards would be too big to fit in the storage positions or the reader. I use
                                                                                                                    this device for fixing computers, I have a 32GB microSD card in the card reader with Ventoy installed so I can boot almost any machine with it. I have several OS on the microSD cards and Ventoy lets me select which to boot up with including android, windows, and linux based OSs... It comes with three adapters for lightning, microUSB and full sized normal USB, so I can connect one end to apple and android phone and laptop and desktop computers because without the adapter it is a C type connection which fits new android phones and laptops and tablets, while older ones use normal USB. The device itself has a C type connection and the cable is C type connector at both ends so with a device with a c type connection it does not need adapters at all.

If your phone is OTG capable this device has a USB-C socket for the microSD card reader. The other end of the cable is USB-C for new Android and some apple phones, but there is a normal USB plug adapter

You will need to download an app to allow you to read the memory card, but it should work.
