It uses the M12 mount and comes with a lens adapter. Designed for users who want to shoot distant subjects with precision, this lens offers sharp imaging and narrow framing. If you often find default Pi HQ lenses too wide and want better control over what’s in frame, the LN036 telephoto lens gives you just that. With its 25 mm focal length, it captures distant subjects clearly while reducing background and maintaining good clarity. The lens works without an IR filter (so IR‑sensitive), and its minimum focusing distance is 0.2 meters. With the included adapter, mounting it on the HQ Camera is more straightforward. Because it’s relatively compact, it won’t add much weight or bulk to your camera rig, yet gives significantly different results than standard wide lenses.

Setup Guide

Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.
