Matters needing attention:

1. Soft aluminum chips made of aluminum material are prone to sticking to the drill bit. Repeatedly lifting the drill bit during drilling can help remove chips and ensure smooth drilling. Clean the aluminum shavings attached to the drill bit after drilling.

2. Aluminum profiles are not solid materials and are prone to getting stuck with drill bits. When drilling holes, fix the aluminum profile on the workbench with a clamping tool, and use the electric drill to cut in high-speed mode. Support the electric drill with both hands to prevent it from hitting.

If the drill bit gets stuck, rotate it in the opposite direction a few times and then switch back to the normal direction to drill the hole.

Operation process:

1. Select the appropriate drill sleeve and drill bit according to the specifications of the aluminum profile.

2. Preparation before punching aluminum profiles.

(1) Fix the aluminum profile on the workbench. (2) Fix the product:

Scenario 1: L-shaped splicing: Screw the two brass screws on the product to the corresponding positions of the aluminum profile specifications, insert the product slide into the aluminum profile, and lock it tightly against the profile.

【 Scenario 2: T-shaped splicing 】 Use a pen to mark the punching position, remove the two brass screws on the product, insert the product slide into the aluminum profile, observe the sharp corners of the product alignment, align with the auxiliary line drawn, and lock it.

3. Refer to the precautions for drilling operations. After drilling is completed, loosen the locking screw and slide the product out of the aluminum profile. Punching completed.
