The ACEBOTT Ultrasonic Nebulizer Humidifier Module includes a driving plate and a microporous atomizing plate, which is composed of piezoelectric ceramic ring and metal steel sheet. Through the driving circuit board output PWM pulse width modulation, the piezoelectric ceramic produces hundreds of thousands of high-frequency resonances per second, driving the metal sheet vibration. Water is ejected from thousands of micropores in steel sheets to form 4-6 microns of water molecules, which scatter the structure of liquid water molecules and produce water mist.

Features:

  1. Piezoelectric Ceramic Technology: Uses high-frequency resonances from piezoelectric ceramic to generate mist.
  2. Fine Mist Production: Creates 4-6 micron water droplets for effective humidification.
  3. PWM Control: Operates with a PWM pulse width modulation signal to trigger vibrations.
  4. Wide Temperature Range: Functions within -20°C to +70°C, suitable for various environments.
  5. Compact Size: Small footprint of 3.16cm x 2.38cm for easy integration into systems.
  6. Falling Edge Trigger: Activated by a falling edge trigger for precise control.

Package Include:

1 x ACEBOTT Ultrasonic Nebulizer Humidifier Module Easy-Plug Compatible with ESP32/Arduino

Setup Guide

1
Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.
2
Wire to your microcontroller
Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V (check the module spec), GND to GND, and data pins to the appropriate GPIO pins on your Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
3
Install libraries
In Arduino IDE, go to Sketch → Include Library → Manage Libraries and search for the sensor library. Install the recommended version.
4
Upload example sketch
Open File → Examples → [library name] → Basic Example. Upload to your board and open Serial Monitor to view output.
5
Calibrate if needed
Some sensors (temperature, humidity, distance) may need a short warm-up period or calibration. Run the calibration sketch if provided.
