74LVC1G123DC-Q100H-NEXPERIA-12ns Schmitt Trigger 1.65V~5.5V VSSOP-8 Monostable Multivibrators ROHS. These are the building blocks of digital electronics and are used in everything from basic circuits to complex microprocessors. 74LVC1G123DC-Q100H is a single retriggerable monostable multivibrator with Schmitt trigger inputs. Output pulse width is controlled by three methods. Inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. This feature allows the use of this device as translator in a mixed 3.3V and 5V environment. Schmitt trigger inputs, makes the circuit highly tolerant to slower input rise and fall times. This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down. This product has been qualified to the automotive electronics council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) and is suitable for use in automotive applications. It features ESD protection (HBM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 class 2 exceeds 2000V, CDM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002 class C3 exceeds 1000V).
