Can it measure internal resistance on each LiPo battery cell?

I just received mine and it's just a votage meter with a ballancing function. THIS TESTER DOES NOT HAVE AN INTERNAL RESISTENCE MEASURING FUNCTION!!!The seller is lying in the description!!! I bought it for this particular function and this function does not exist with this device!

I have a mobility scooter with 2 x 80 amps lithium batteries. Could I use this devise to check the condition of them ? If so, plug and play ?

Hello. This digital battery tester will check voltages. First, the tester accepts specific type connector. Check the photos to see which type of plug can be inserted into this tester. The connector plug is very, very small. Second, this tester is for checking state of voltage with regard to capacity and remaining voltage in battery. The tester is more for RC vehicle batteries. Setup Guide

Charge the battery pack

Insert the battery into the charger and plug in. Charge fully before first use — most packs take 1–3 hours. The LED will turn green when complete.

Insert the correct bit or blade

Open the chuck by turning it counterclockwise. Insert the drill bit or screwdriver tip and tighten the chuck firmly by hand.

Set direction and speed

Use the forward/reverse switch to set rotation direction. Select the speed mode (low for screwing, high for drilling) if your model has multiple speeds.

Adjust the clutch

Set the clutch to a low number for driving screws (prevents over-tightening) or to the drill symbol for drilling holes.

Use safely

Always wear safety glasses. Keep the drill perpendicular to the surface. Apply steady pressure — let the tool do the work.
